Returns
We currently do not accept any returns.
Due to hygiene considerations, custom sizing, made-to-order production, and the delicate nature of Ankara fabrics and tailoring, we cannot take items back once they have been delivered.
Please ensure you check:
- Your size
- Product details
- Measurements
- Fabric descriptions
before completing your order.
If you need help choosing the right size, our support team is always available.
Refunds
While returns are not allowed, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances, including:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- There is a manufacturing error
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be granted at our discretion after reviewing the situation.
To request a refund review, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

- Photos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you received the wrong size or product due to our error, we will work with you to resolve it.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun. If you need to cancel shortly after ordering, please contact us immediately—cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet entered production.
